Who I am

About me

I'm Vincent Tay. For fifteen years I've been responsible for whether people find things: at a design agency I co-founded (clients included Swarovski, Renault, Microsoft and F1 Singapore), in-house at an SGX-listed group, and at my own company in Tokyo, built to a team of ten. Now I make sure AI assistants find and quote the businesses I work with.

What have I done?

Why is this a marketing problem?

Getting quoted by an AI assistant is a content and positioning problem wearing technical clothes. The technical half is a short checklist: let the crawlers in, put the facts in HTML, add structured data that matches the page. The hard half is knowing what your buyers actually ask, and writing answers specific enough to be worth quoting. That's been my job description for fifteen years.

I work hands-on: in the CMS, in the HTML, and in specifications precise enough for a developer to implement without a meeting.

What did I prove on my own site?

fxstrength.org is where I tested all of this before selling it. In 75 days Bing recorded 19,901 citations of it in AI answers, against 130 impressions in Google's AI Overviews over a near-identical window. From July to October 2026, ChatGPT sent it about twice as many visitors as Google and Bing organic search combined. Every figure comes from exports I can show you.
